Extra Virgin Olive Oil exclusively from Azienda Agricola Mandranova. Medium-to-full bodied with strong notes of green lettuce, tomato leaves, aromatics herbs like basil and a delightful citrus-like background note. Overall pleasantly balanced with a slightly bitter and peppery finishing aftertaste. High in polyphenols, a natural antioxidant.

USE Ideal for all sorts of fish dishes – either steamed or grilled, as well as tuna carpaccio, shrimps and lobster, and pasta with fish. Also excellent on all salads or grilled or steamed green vegetables. Can also be used for baking.

This delicious sauce is made with a small Sicilian tomato called “pomorodino cillieggino” whose root name comes from “ciliegia”, or cherry in Italian, for its strong resemblance to the aforementioned fruit. These sun-ripened, semi-soft tomatoes impart the sauce with an intense and brilliant red colour, predominant and typical aromatic notes of the fresh tomato puree, which associate extremely well with raw extra virgin olive oil, and an extremely pleasant, slightly sweet taste. This sauce is suitable for regular use in all diets as well as suitable for young children.

USE Needing little preparation time thanks to its natural sweetness, this sauce can ideally be used with all sorts of pasta. Alternatively, it can also be enjoyed on its own as a delicious soup by simply adding some fresh basil and a dash of EVOO Viragì Polifemo DOP.

Green and fruity with notes of unripe almonds, artichokes leaves, and lettuce and accompanied by hints of basil, fennel, pine nuts and radishes that results in a pleasant bitter and pungent finishing aftertaste. USE Excellent on soups made from vegetables, legumes, or fish, boiled or steamed legumes and vegetables, grilled fish,white meats and cheeses.
