Extra Virgin Olive Oil exclusively from Azienda Agricola Alfredo Cetrone. Full-bodied and well-defined with rich fruity hints of medium-ripe tomatos, white apples, almonds and fragrant notes of aromatics herbs, such of basil and mint. Its taste is ample, strong, elegant, well-structured and balanced with a nice bitter and peppery finishing aftertaste. High in polyphenols, a natural antioxidant.

USE Excellent on all salads – especially those made with lentils, artichokes and mushrooms – carpaccios of beef and tuna, ceviches, grilled fish (tuna and swordfish), grilled red or white meats, all vegetables soups, and mature soft cheeses.
