Extra Virgin Olive Oil exclusively from Frantoio Franci. More defined and structured yet elegant, well-balanced, and complex with high notes of unripe walnut, green artichokes and basil. A definite presence of bitter notes and a good pungency in the finishing aftertaste. This oil is made from a particular cultivar in south Tuscany that is highly appreciated from olive oil connoisseurs. High in polyphenols a natural antioxidant.
