Balsa Box with three 250 ml bottles. The Yellow label is a product designed for everyday family use. Carefully aged, its classical, slightly pungent flavour makes it an ideal salad dressing. The Orange label is especially indicated as a condiment for meat, fish or greens. Aged to full, rounded flavour, the Orange Label Balsamic is also delicious on roasted or grilled meats. The Red Label is recommended for those special dishes, with fresh strawberries, ice-cream or Parmesan cheese. The most prized of our Modena range, Red Label Balsamic Vinegar is slowly aged in oak casks. Its full, mellow flavour blends sweet and sour tastes superbly. The Tinello line is an IGP certified Balsamic Vinegar of Modena that is made with cooked grape juices and aged wine vinegar. All three tinello's contain less than 6% acidity.
