Extra Virgin Olive Oil exclusively from Azienda Agricola Madonna dell’Olivo. Full and well-rounded aroma, both elegant and complex with ample vegetal hints of artichoke, wild chicory, and lettuce and further enriched by aromatic notes of mint and sage. High in polyphenols, a natural antioxidant.

USE Ideal for use on bruschetta with tomatoes, soups made from chickpeas, white bean soup or other legumes, beef carpaccio, ovoli or other types of mushrooms, hearty salads, marinated seabass, pasta with shrimps, fried calamari, steamed fish, and fresh soft cheeses.
